He has received training in complex coronary interventions and management of upper and lower extremity vascular disease including treatment of below knee arterial blockages.
Preventive and Consultative Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, transesophageal echocardiography, treadmill or nuclear "chemical" stress testing, management of cardiac arrythmias such as atrial fibrillation and others.

Dr Saiyad is involved in continued training and research in innovative techniques.
His interests include excimer laser angioplasty, rotational, and transluminal extraction atherectomy and evaluation of borderline blockages using pressure wire combined with intravascular ultrasound or optical coherence tomography.
